Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanging items

We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange something, please email us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality-control check.

To make an exchange you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us with proof of postage. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges outside of this period will not be accepted. If you wish to make an exchange, you must contact us first.

Returns policy

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty you must send them back to us within 14 days. We will make every effort to replace the goods and will refund the cost of returning them to us. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn or used or had the tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item is damaged or faulty, you should notify us by email on the same day. We cannot accept items for return or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.

If an item does not fit, Revamp Fancy Dress will offer you an exchange for the correct sized item provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging. If you wish to exchange an item, you must bear the cost of returning the item to us. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage or transport where the item returned is faulty.

Except where items are faulty, or a replacement is not available, refunds for items may be given only at the discretion of Revamp Fancy Dress.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of order being received. Returns received outside this time frame will not be accepted. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, Revamp Fancy Dress will have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU). Please note that Revamp Fancy Dress does not accept liability for returned goods. When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting or the equivalent courier documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Receiving a refund

You will receive a refund for any items which are faulty. In order to obtain a refund you must send the faulty item back to us and obtain proof of postage. Refunds can only be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the item being returned and may be subject to your bank's refund regulations. If you think you have a faulty item, please notify us at once.

Returning faulty items

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods we have delivered to you were damaged on arrival. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. We can only replace faulty items for the same item in the same size.

In the unlikely event that we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note that refunds to credit cards can take up to 30 days and are subject to your bank’s refund regulations.
