How to use this website
Registration and login
You do not need to login or register in order to browse the Revamp Fancy Dress website, but you cannot make a purchase unless you have registered your details (name, email address and shipping address). Click on Login to register at the site for the first time or to log in as a returning customer. Your login details are stored securely on our server and remain confidential. We will not sell your data to third parties or share your data with other companies.
How the site is organized
The Revamp Fancy Dress website is divided into sections for different groups of products. Use the menu at the top to browse items in the various product categories. Clicking on the picture of each item takes you to more detailed information and a larger image of the item in question. At the bottom of the item page you can add the item to your shopping cart as a single or multiple quantity. Items can be removed from your cart at any point up until final confirmation of your order.
Click on the magnifying glass icon on the far right of the menu at the top of the page to search all the products on the Revamp website. Enter your search term (eg ‘pirate’, ‘moustache’) and press enter to see the products that match your search criteria.
The shopping cart
Items you add to your shopping cart will be saved while you continue to browse the site. You can return to your shopping cart at any time by clicking on Cart at the top of the page. Items can be removed at any point until you confirm your order at the checkout. If you leave the site without making a purchase, the items remain in your cart until you remove them or progress them through the checkout (provided you were logged in when you added the items to your cart). In this way you can use your shopping cart to create a list of your favourite items.
How do I make a purchase?
When you have added all the items you require to your cart, click on the Checkout button. You will be directed to the secure checkout where you will see a summary of the items you have chosen, together with the shipping price for your chosen shipping destination. When you have confirmed these details are correct you will be asked to enter the details of your payment method and to tick a box accepting the Revamp Fancy Dress terms and conditions. On clicking Place Order, your credit card transaction is processed in a secure environment and an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you registered with us.
Has Revamp received my order?
After you have placed an order with us, you will see a Thank You page showing that your order has been successful. A confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit card will be emailed to the address you have registered with us. This document will contain your unique order number and details of the items you have purchased together with the amount deducted from your credit card. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order.
Cancelling your order
Once your order has been confirmed, it is possible to cancel at any point until the packing and shipping process has started. If you want to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible.
Checking your order status
Your order confirmation email contains a link to your order status, which will be updated automatically as your order is processed. If you click on this link you will be taken to your order status page. To access the order status page you will need to be logged in with your registered email address and password.
How long will my order take to arrive?

During the Christmas period and other busy periods such as Halloween, we will advise you by email if there are likely to be any delays. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email to inform you how long it will take for the item to be restocked.
Revamp Fancy Dress reserves the right to change, alter or amend any price at any time without notice. Should a price decrease since the time you made your original purchase, contractually we are not obligated to refund the difference. Prices do vary for many reasons and should an increase occur prior to purchase, we are not obligated to sell at the previous lower price.
We make every possible effort to to give correct sizing information for each product at time of purchase. Some of our costumes are designed as one-size-fits-all so that they fit as many people as possible. Nonetheless, sometimes you may not feel comfortable in the size you ordered and in such cases we are happy for you to return the product either for exchange or refund. A small additional postage fee may apply.
Common sense should prevail. Our products contain many different fabrics and some may have metal studs or lace trimmings or printed emblems. Unfortunately we will not be able to remedy any product fault that results from any machine wash cycle, no matter what the manufacturer's instructions within the garment or packaging.
What if my choice is unavailable?
We make every effort to ensure that items shown on the website are in stock at the point of making your purchase. In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your order, you will be informed by email or telephone if we are unable to supply your item. We will stop the transfer of any funds or process a full refund via the original method of payment. We will always do our best to source the product for you as quickly as possible.
