You will receive a refund of any items which are faulty. In order to obtain a refund you must send the faulty item back to us and obtain proof of postage. Refunds can only be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Refunds will be made within 30 days of item being returned and may be subject to your bank's refund regulations.
